The attitude of the lady that gives a number for the fitting rooms was unbelievable- i could tell that she definitely did not want to be there and was being rude to the customer like it is their fault that she was working there. Please train your employees on customer service cause experiences like this ruin your store's name.

Great customer service, Aiden ( store manager) went beyond the call of duty to locate an item and put it on hold so I could purchase it the next day. Thanks a million!!! ?

Love the store and location, but they are very short-handed with staff. You can wait over 20 minutes on line to check out.

Hi Burlington,I rewiewed the other week and received a response, however it seemes you failed yet again to address my initial complaint. The store closed a full HALF HOUR before listed closing time.I must emphasize that I fault, NOT THE WORKERS, but you, the larger corporation whom I assure fails to pay them living wages. Perhaps they would not be so exhausted if you paid them fairly.Please address my many concerns immediately.I eagerly await your response.

Ten thumbs down out of ten. Showed up at 10:50 p.m. when everything, including sign outside store, read closing time 11:30 p.m. Was DENIED access since they were "Closing in ten minutes."HA. I THINK NOT. I HAVE BEEN WRONGED BY YET ANOTHER CORPORATION.Capitalism is a sham.

I like the style because the prices are not bad at all, and you will always walk out of there with something. Sometimes the check-out line is long but it still moves at a decent pace.
