Very disappointed, I am a very polite man , I go there and gas up and leave sometimes I need a receipt and sometimes I don’t , the attendant at that gas station is very rude, he says things to me in his language that I don’t understand, I think he calls me disgusting things and I have an idea what he says to me and I can tell that he just calls me nasty things because of the way things sound , Totally disappointed about it because I’ve never said anything or do anything wrong … disgusting

Terribly run down and neglected - almost none of the credit card readers work over years by now writing this - handwritten notes taped over most pumps saying doesn't work - brought up to the owner, he doesn't care, owner acts as if he doesn't wont the customers - ok, no problem. Had been going there for years but sick of expecting he fixed the card readers but still all broken... Plenty of better choices around, go somewhere else

Hello, stop by to put gas at this station but I checked what the application said 3.27 per gallon and I went to ask the manager if it was correct and he said that if I told him to put 65 but when I put him he checked the price was 3.69 and came back to see what to see what was happening and the employee began to raise his voice and shout that it was not the price and for me to leave because it was taking time away ... My opinion is that the person needs education and manners

This gas station is located right around the corner from me and I was going to become a long term customer. However, after today's experience I don't think I want to use any BP or affiliated locations anymore. I've never seen anyone more rude in this or any other customer oriented business. Recently, I installed and configured the BPme application to enjoy the discounted rates and the ease of payments at the pump location. When I was trying to use it at the above mentioned location, the app was unable to connect to the pump. After a few unsuccessful tries, I went inside to politely ask for some assistance from the attendant. The attendant (who didn't display any name tags and who refused to give me his or his Manager's name later) told me to use my credit card for the fixed prepaid amount. I tried to explain that I can use the credit card myself at the pump to fill up my tank and I just need his assistance to use their app and to receive a discounted price ($0.30 off per gallon), which is btw is advertised on their door and all over the station. The attendant assured me that if I prepay for my gas at his card reader, I'll get the discount... which of course didn't happened. When I came back and tried to politely follow up with him on this matter, he just said "you'll get it next time!". When I requested to provide his, name he shouted "what is YOUR name?". I am not going to repeat everything else he said, but it was extremely rude. I've seen a lot of other customers' negative reviews about this gas station. Looks like the Manager of this place doesn't really care about the customers and his business. However, such a behavior definitely damages the BP's reputation and un-attracts the customers from all BP locations.

Honest mechanic with great, timely service. He worked on a significant air-conditioning issue we had on a 2011 Chevy Traverse. He ended up charging us less than his estimate because the work required less time than anticipated. Will be going to him for our automotive repair needs in the future.

I try to only use BP, friendly attendants, easy entrance and exit, convenient
