5 star experience. My partner and I walked in knowing very little about what we needed (not even size) and Jonathan helped us every step of the way. Literally, the easiest experience to find the perfect thing for to wear to an upcoming formal red carpet event. Saved us SO much time and a stressful day of shopping. Thank you Bonobos! I had such a wonderful experience here. Had a situation where my wedding tux from another store was canceled and I was scrambling to find a tux. I was fortunate enough to find Terrell W at this store. HE WAS A GODSEND!!! He checked my size, asked all the right questions about the type of look I was going for, made professional suggestions, and handled everything like a PRO! If you go to the store ask for him specifically, you will instantly see why. Once the tux came in I took it to Terrell and he even made suggestions about how to get it tailored so I can save money. Long story short I was a happy groom and my wife was an even happier bride seeing my Tux!I'll also add that the Tux got to me faster than any of the other stores suggested times that I shopped around with and it came in clean and crisp packaging. Excellent products, excellent service and even better people working there. 100000% recommend to anyone!

Just had a very pleasant and refreshing experience working with Prav Augustine at Bonobos in the Westchester Mall, White Plains NY. Looking forward to receiving my new duds and will definitely go back when the need arises.

Bonobos is one of my brands. I like the variety of clothes they offer, the combination of quirky styles and basic essentials, and the way their clothes fit me. Bonobos is pretty much an online retailer, though they do have brick and mortar spaces called guideshops. These guideshops to not directly sell merchandise, rather they have samples on display. You are taken care of by an associate who will measure you and help you pick pieces out which will then be shipped to you. I don't really utilize the guideshops, especially since I take advantage of online sales and I usually don't like people helping me when shopping. However, I was in The Westchester and noticed that this one recently opened; my curiosity got the best of me so I decided to go in. The store was nicely set up - they had a number of this season's items on display, and the associates were super helpful. I ultimately didn't purchase anything this trip, but I definitely wouldn't be against it in the future. The selection and helpful staff definitely complement (for me at least) the Bonobos brand as a whole.
