BoConcept has a lovely showroom at the Westchester Mall. Purchasing our couch there was made easy and quick. The color, fabric and style are great! Due to supply chain issues, it did take several months to receive the couch, but that is happening everywhere now. The only other issue was with delivery. The delivery personnel had difficulty putting the sofa together properly, which was a bit upsetting. However, BoConcept itself went above and beyond to fix the situation. The manager actually came to our home and fixed the couch in literally 20 minutes and everything was perfect! Now THAT'S customer service! We would be happy to recommend this company to anyone seeking sleek, modern styles, a nice array of fabrics, design support and very good customer service.

Perfect experience at this location. I worked directly with manager Ray Priddle and did everything remotely (distance, pandemic). He responded quickly with answers, pics, videos. A few months later I got back in touch to pull the trigger. I purchased a number of rather large pieces (Lugano and Como). Prices were great. Delivery went smooth. One of the floor sample's had a small crack in the back corner - was a unique piece that was literally 50% off. I didnt think anything of it but Ray ordered replacement parts which are en route from Denmark. Just great communication - great prices - great customer service. Of course the products we're very happy with. Really feel like we got a deal between the ease and prices. Obviously, couldn't recommend more.

Great team and great service. From the moment I purchased my bed to even after the bed was delivered, Ray and Kyle were wonderful. They kept me up to speed on the status of my order, which I greatly appreciated. Even when the bed was a bit delayed, they let me know right away and kept me informed of the status every time they received one. I didn’t mind the delay as long as I was informed and the did an excellent job with that.Even the delivery was awesome. The guys were so patient and took their time putting together the bed and made sure I liked everything. The even gave me swatches of the fabric so I can test cleaning products before I even touch the bed. I really enjoyed my shopping experience here and will not hesitate to shop and order from Bo Concept Westchester again and again!!

I recently found a great looking bar stool at BoConcept Westchester for my new condo. The manager of the store, Ray Priddle, was extremely helpful and offered to have it delivered two days later (he actually brought it over himself). I'm looking forward to buying more products from BoConcept in the future. I highly recommend BoConcept Westchester and the courteous, friendly staff.
