I had a piece of designer costume jewelry of great sentimental value that needed repair. They were absolutely terrific. After a quick discussion, they found a perfect replacement part and repaired it right on the spot. It looks as good as new. The charge was very reasonable with an overall helpful and pleasant experience.

For those who would prefer to buy made jewelry, we offer beautiful artisan handmade. We can confirm that once bitten with the beading bug, it's hard to quit so you may as well have company!
