Emi was amazing, she helped me so much with picking my earrings out. It was quite busy and she was still able to adequately assist EACH person in a timely manner, while being by herself!! Her energy and customer service is top tier!! I hope she see this!

My daughter and I made it to Banter counter at Westchester Mall super late, just before closing time. This is our third time being at Banter and Emi was the best staff we've ever met, she was super knowledgeable, patiently helped my 13 yr old daughter even though it was getting late. We're very thankful for her assistance with everything, pls ask for Emi, she will take good care of you.

We had a great experience at Banter in the Westchester mall, white plains. Especially after stopping at Claire’s first and being totally disgusted by what we saw there. Banter was our second stop and I am so glad we went there! Emi was amazing! She was so patient with my 7 year old who was piercing her ears for the first time and was super nervous. Emi was so helpful and kind. She also gave great suggestions. She was very knowledgeable, excellent customer service, and did not rush us at all. She was considerate of our concerns and very attentive, as well as, encouraging to my daughter. Such a great experience. We’ll be back when my son wants his ears pierced! : )

I wished I got the piercer’s name, but she was amazing in answering all my questions as well as handling my 9 month old for her ear piercings. She was patient and very friendly! This is a great place to go if you are thinking about piercing your baby’s ears.
