I work down the street and go there often. Often times you'll be lucky to get 2 tellers open, regardless of how busy they are. And just as often only one teller. Plenty of personal bankers just wondering around. I can't blame the staff bc they just do what corporate tells them. So....fcuk corporate. Fcuk BOA. I will never invest a penny into BOA. Terrible service. Terrible service Terrible service

a nice friendly bank in my back yard ( no exactly) where customer service is given top billing as all my questions where answered in plain english. a nice clean lobby with a bunch of atms and inside its lines that move swiftly with smiling tellers greeting each customer professional and like they are long time friends. bank of america are like the new kids on the block, they are popping up everywhere and are the few banks that have drive up atm service for the lazy slobs who do not want to get out of their cars ( mr porcelli). the lovely gal customer service rep explained the benefits of a bank of america credit card and the cash back bonus for many purchases, i declined getting the card , been there, done that with credit cards many moons ago in my youth and its nothing but trouble. the lady customer rep was not pushy at all. all types of accounts and services are explained simply and withe ease, so even a dummy like me can understand it all. good bank that keeps on growing so watch out chase and citibank.

This bank has some good people working here and the branch manager Colin is very helpful and tellers are very professional and friendly. They have long lines during lunch times but overall this is a good bank branch.
