1 employee at the desk and have been waiting over an hour and still an hour to go. Taking about 15 minutes per person. Terrible staffing at HPN location. Plan ahead for a long wait. No avis preferred offered as there is only one employee working the counter

No issues with vehicles operating as they should. Check in process is the same even if you add your information online. Vehicles at the airport have high mileage. Staff is friendly and usually out pretty fast. No covered parking lot at Westchester so be prepared for the weather.
