Refuse to do do inventory for me. Looking for a specific tool for a paint sprayer and the gentleman who answered the phone could not be bothered to help me. Very rude, I'm just a contractor trying to do my job its so frustrating when people refuse to even try and help you. Will not be calling back in the future.

This store has designers to guide you through the task of finding the perfect paint color, wallpaper, fabrics, and window coverings. I went in to choose wallpaper for an accent wall. They had hundreds of wallpaper books, it was overwhelming! Laura, one of the designers, asked what I was looking for, she pulled out several books for me to view right away. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and helped coordinate the paint colors. I sent photos of my kitchen and bathroom. She advised on paint color in kitchen and wallpaper design for the bathroom. She was spot on everything! Looks amazing! Laura has a great sense of style and trust her choices! Looking forward to working with her when I do the rest of my house.

Best service i have seen in a long time. Called everywhere looking for a certain type of wallpaper, and every placed i called blew me off. Tara, from the design department took her time explaining some things to me and got me in the store so i can make my purchase. Thank you so much. 10/10.

Just stopped by and was shocked to find out the AC was not working, during the hottest summer season on record. In fact, the AC has not been working for the past year. This is the best selling store in Westchester and yet the owner is too cheap to fix the AC? What horrible working conditions the employees are forced to deal with. Does the owner even care about them or his customers? What a disgrace.

Was helped by two different people in the paint department. First guy was trying to be helpful but I couldn't find my contractor's account information at first, so I contacted my contractor. By the time I got the information, this employee was busy doing other stuff. That's fine and totally understandable, so I was helped by another guy. This other guy in the paint department was less than helpful. All questions I asked, he responded as if he was more annoyed than anything because I was asking him these questions. I was looking for advice between Sherwin Williams and Benjamin Moore paint. Since I used SW in the past and knew which line I was considering going with, I asked for his suggestion on a comparable BM paint and pricing on it. His response was "I don't know anything about Sherwin Williams so I couldn't tell you." I also asked him to look up my contractor's account to see what pricing I could get and he seemed pretty impatient as I looked it up on my phone. When he finally looked it up I asked him pricing on BM's top of the line paint and he told me the price in a manner that was kind of like "this is out of your price range." Uhhh, yeah. I just told you I'm looking at SW top of the line paint and want to compare pricing with your paint. Anyways, this was my first time at a Wallauer's and it wasn't a great experience with that guy.

I ordered vertical blinds from the Port Chester location and had a wonderful buying experience. The sales rep went out of her way to help me place the order and kept me informed of the progress. I picked the order up in the White Plains location and the sales rep there was just as nice. Overall it was a very pleasant purchase from people who truly seemed to value your business. Keep up the good work!

Go here instead of the big box store. Prices are same or close enough to not need to deal with the headache.
