Story:
After what I went through with Verizon, I am traumatized. Our bill was astronomical. Constant raises/fees, non-stop lies. At the recommendation of a co-worker, I walked into tmobile store and asked for help!
I was given a plan that would work for my family, nearly $100 less than our Verizon plan. The free devices seemed too good to be true. I nervously accepted.
Come time to switch, the guy who helped me spent hours to make sure everything would run smoothly (ran into issues on Verizons end, of course!). He was very meticulous and didn't try to rush through it and get me out the door, even though the store was packed that day. And his work was perfect!
I was given a 3 line plan, with hotspot, various perks, 2 free tablets with their own phone lines and the newest Samsung phone for free. They said they would pay off our Verizon phones, about $760, which we submitted for. I was especially nervous about the tablets, but I was assured that my bill would be what I saw on the website. This morning I was able to view my bill online, and it's true! Exactly as they said. I was floored!
Unlike other carriers, T mobile cares enough about existing customers to give $800 off of a new phone every 2 years (with the plan we're on at least). My husband and I are going back in a few months to take advantage of this!
I am so glad that we made the switch! I am still in shock that our bill is exactly what they promised. After going through hell with Verizon, I'm not used to truthfullness! I am absolutely over the moon that they could do this to us. Highly recommend, see what they can do for you. It's worth it!”

“I Love Ron and the staff here. I have paid off a. 55" TV and furniture set, and received great deals on both. I plan on purchasing a washer/dryer here next. I've never had any bad experiences here honestly, And I don't get paid for reviews. Ron has always been very lenient when it came to financial hardships. He will send someone out right away if there is something wrong with a product with no questions asked. And he even gives Cheerful Birthday calls. I can not speak on anyone else's experience but if you cannot afford to buy things straight out, this is the company to go through.”
