Kitchen pullout hose sprung a major leak! After calling Rohl and being informed my warranty parts would be at least a month out I went on an internet search. NYRP not only was one of the few stores to have my part in stock, but was also the lowest price. Quick to ship and all is good once again!

NY replacement parts had just what I needed for a part that had been discontinued by Rohl. They were helpful when I spoke to them. The item was shipped the same day and arrived the next day by Fed Ex. Very reliable

I ordered replacement part for my Rohl hand sprayer. Difficult part to find. It arrived in 4 days from NY to CA. I received the part without any issues. I know who I will be ordering from in the future. Thank you, NY Replacement Parts.

They were the only place on the internet, maybe in the whole world, that had nice replacement handles for an ancient shower body. (I did find some hideous cheap ones elsewhere.) This saved me the big, expensive job of opening up the wall and replacing the shower body. The handles arrived in two days, free shipping, and are beautiful. Amazing!

I ordered a valve. I received the valve and it did not fit. I measured the outer diameter of the valve thread with a precision caliper at 55/64ths. The part I received had no part number on the valve or package. It came in a clear plastic bag. The part I ordered from NYRP was the EXACT part number listed on my valve parts list from the manufacturer. I notified NYRP and they approved the return. They charged me a restocking fee and I had to pay for UPS return shipping. In the meantime I contacted the valve manufacturer and they confirmed that the PART NUMBER I ordered from NYRP was the CORRECT part number. I then ordered the valve directly from the manufacturer using the exact same part number I ordered from NYRP. The valve arrived clearly marked with the part number on the packaging and it fit perfectly. I measured the outer thread diameter to be 59/64ths, four 64ths larger than the one NYRP sent me. One would have to conclude that based upon the above facts that this issue was completely a result of some type of stock or shipping problem at NYRP. I contacted NYRP and explained to them that they had some type of stock problem. That the valve they sent me was not the part number that is was advertised to be since I ordered the same part number from the manufacturer and it fit. I requested that my charge card be credited both the restocking fee and the cost I incurred for return shipping. I have been trading emails back and forth with the Sales@NYRP and Shipping@NYRP and have gotten nowhere with my request. I called and talked to a lady in Sales and she said she could not help me but she would forward the request to another lady in Sales and they would get back to me. That was 10 days ago. I cannot figure out why NYRP thinks its ok for me to have to pay for their error. Completely frustrated.

I have had a horrible time with returns because of THEIR mistakes and misinformation on THEIR website. They want me to pay to return a $80+ order! Easy returns is a complete lie!

My KWC kitchen faucet head was leaking so I called the local California company where I bought the fixture from to see if there was a lifetime warranty on it. I was told there would have been, but the company was no longer in the US, so I would have to pay for the fixture. I went ahead and ordered the part and a few days later the company called to tell me that their distributor did not have the part. So I went online and found NY Replacement Parts. They had the part and it came with free shipping and was cheaper than what my local company quoted me (NOT including delivery charges), wow. The part arrived in 3 days and was exactly what I needed. Great company!

I was in need of an older faucet part tried Chicagofaucetshoppe first, HUGE mistake. No communication no part after 3 weeks with dealing with these f#$%#/ I asked for my money back. Looked for the part again found NYRP, I ordered it Jan 13th 2022 and on Jan 15th it was in my mailbox. I can not say enough about how well this company does it business but other businesses should adopt their way of doing business because it just can't be any better. Thank you

I need a part for a Kohler shower. However, Kohler would not ship to my Puerto Rico location. New York Replacement parts price matched the sale price at Kohler. While the shipping cost was a bit higher, at least they would ship to my location. While they could not ship immediately, as the product was back ordered, they did contact me immediately, and offered a refund. I was not in a hurry, so I waited the nine days until the product arrived via Priority mail. They have the needed parts at reasonable prices, and will ship to Puerto Rico. I've book marked their web page!

I placed an order and never heard back from them - three weeks later, I called for an update, was told they couldn't fill the order, and when I asked for a refund, the woman cursed at me and hung up on me. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE - THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN!

My high expectations were met with poor performance on the part of NYRP. Order air breaker valve repair kits that were unavailable in East Tennessee. NYRP has them in stock and said they'd ship to me by FedEx. Short story is FedEx lost the kits, and when I tried to get NYRP to send replacements they said they would but didn't. Now it's 3 months later and I'm so done with them. Zero customer service. Don't give them your business- ever!

Whenever I am starting to feel confident about now handy I've become, I swing by the store to get my emasculation refilled. These guys will guide you step-by-step on how to fix anything, free of charge. How to fix your self-esteem issues? Look elsewhere.
