Food was excellent, really cute little place, drinks were also great! It's a hidden gem that more people should know about. I got beef Wellington which was excellent, brussel sprout appetizer and the chocolate platter, and not pictured was the poached pear dessert also super good and French onion soup was excellent as well! Would definitely recommend and go again! Little pricy though

Very impressive family owned restaurant. Service was great! Totally was worth the trip from Vernon. Food was absolutely delicious, seems like chef is not afraid of experimenting and it turns out outstanding. Thank you!

First I'd like to say the reason why we had went to this restaurant for dinner, is we have got a gift certificate as a Christmas present. Well it was a horrible experience asking us to move our table after we were snugged in. The server practically closed my menu as I was reading it when she wanted us to move our tables. My husband's $65 steak came out raw when he had asked for medium when asked if he wanted it cooked more he said no we were already done . And the steak was very tough. And the atmosphere I would definitely not call fine dining. So our Christmas present that I was very excited about was a fail.Dont recommend

If I could give negative stars I would. My husband and I are completely dumfounded by the lack of respect because we couldn’t hear what the hostess was saying over the phone. We were hung up on twice and then we called to apologize for simply just trying to order dinner to still be slammed with nasty rude comments not only by the hostess but the owner as well. As a local whom as been a recurring customer I will be sure to tell every one in the area that extreme rudeness and lack of professionalism my family has experienced today.

If I could give negative stars I absolutely would. My husband called to ask a question about the menu and we received nasty comments and got hung up intentionally because we couldn't understand the host. We even called back to apologize only to be followed with more nasty comments. As a typically returning / local customer we were absolutely appalled by the lack of professionalism for a phone error. When we spoke with the owner he acted in the exact same poor professional manner. Disgusting human beings.

Drove a considerable distance to try this restaurant. I should have stayed home. They offer a very limited menu and if you don't get there early they are sold out of many choices. If you go there the first thing to ask is what they have left to order before even looking at the menu. Extremely disappointing.

Interesting food and good service. It's a nice little restaurant hidden away in the middle of nowhere. It is a bit too loud for me with the band playing at such a small space with patrons singing along. This is a good place if you are looking for that kind of Friday night but when you are eating with another couple it's truly very difficult to hear anything that's being said at all. If you want to try something new this maybe the spot for you; however be weary of the noise level

Excellent from start to finish! We tried the special Elk Chops, fig bruschetta, baked brie, beef Wellington and the rib eye steak. Absolutely amazing! Service and drinks were amazing too!

Casual setting but very nice; rustic. Has a nice large center bar, several seating options including outdoor and inside. The waitress was very prompt, friendly, and patient when we weren't positive with what we wanted. We received our appetizers quickly after ordering and the entrees came only a few minutes after we finished them. The food was absolutely delicious. I ordered half a dozen oysters, the grilled octopus, and the beef Wellington. The Oysters were fine, I prefer blue point, but these were good. The vinaigrette that comes with the Oysters is nice and sweet. The grilled octopus was the best I've ever had in my life. I never had beef Wellington but I feel like this was prime example. It was incredibly tender, I felt like I was biting into ground beef but it tasted so good.I'd highly recommend this place. Expect to walk away with a $250 bill but well worth it.

Had a great experience as a first time diner. We had the pork belly for an app which was crispy and delicious. I had the lamb lasagna and it was so good. I never get dessert but the bread pudding was amazing. Super fun atmosphere too with live music. Will be back!

Went to Westtown Fare Hudson Valley Restaurant week because we had heard good things about this restaurant. Unfortunately we had a very poor experience. Appetizers we had were a bruschetta which was simple but tasty and the pork belly which was tasteless. The main courses were a boulliabase which was pleasant but benign without much taste and a short rib sauerbraten. The dish was terribly vinegary to the point where it was almost inedible. The accompanying potato pancake was burnt and difficult to even cut. One of the offered desserts was unavailable and the banana foster was far too sweet. The coffee however was good. Service was not exceptional as one poor server was handling the tables and the bar as well. The young lady doing the busing wandered around like she was in a daze. In short, we tried the restaurant because we always like to find new places and that's one of the best things about restaurant week. However, this restaurant surely did not put its best foot forward. We will not be returning.
