After helping us while we were putting our belongings in order Andy brought us back bottled water. Being new to the area it was refreshing someone being so kind us. “Trailer marker light on fender needs to be replaced. It made the night driving difficult to see the trailer out the mirrors.The trailer jack needs work as it is extremely hard to operate. Stephanie took care of my needs and hooked the trailer up perfect. Very friendly, professional and was fast with the transaction. The store and parking lot are extremely clean.”
“Good prices, easy to deal with, local offices, but my units did get burglarized a couple times. Not their fault, called Rome PD and they did absolutely nothing despite me having the people on video in the act.”
“I don't think I've ever received better service from any company. The fact that these guys/gals looked over my ATV recently, and discovered that there was an error made on thier part last spring when the same ATV was serviced by them. They could have very easily told me that whatever was wrong had to be fixed and charged me for the labor and parts. But their honesty is something that is super rare these days. I can't give them enough praise and will certainly do business with them in the future.”
“Have been to this location multiple times. It looks like it’s under new management as of a year or two ago. Had a minor issue with my reservation but it wasn’t anything that they weren’t able to fix. Natalie helped me out on 2 different occasions. Both times she was attentive, accommodating, and respectful. Inside the facility was clean and organized. The truck rental was reliable. This location also has climate controlled storage… highly recommend this U-Haul location.”
