Clean, comfortable, spacious pilot lounge. Separate area for flight planning. Courteous line crew and desk staff. Comfortable area for passengers. Clean bathrooms.

We got none of the departure services requested except fuel which took forever.Hopefully they can improve their services.

For claiming to have the “world’s best service”, they fell far, far short of my expectations.Fuel is ridiculously overpriced and they do not waive any fees for a minimum purchase as is the norm at any other FBO. They just discount the ramp fee by a measly $100 if you buy $4000 worth of Jet A.The front desk told my passengers that we “weren’t there yet”, even though we’d been on their ramp for well over an hour, had taken fuel and had physically checked in with the CSR when we arrived. Perhaps she just couldn’t see the airplane because they parked us way out in the back 40.Then, when my copilot requested a van to take our 7 passengers to the airplane, which was parked on the south ramp a long way from the FBO, the CSR said that all the vans were busy and they didn’t know when anyone would be available to drive my passengers, so they had to walk to the plane.This is absolutely NOT how you win loyal customers. This was amateur hour at best. I was completely embarrassed by the way Sheltair treated my passengers and I will be using the new FBO next time I’m at KFOK.

Amazing people and service… even for the smallest of planes:) they were so helpful to help with fuel and oil even as I was parked public. Will be coming back many times!

We called ahead for quick turn, but when we landed, no fuel truck in sight, and we were parked far from FBO (and ramp wasn't busy!) Walked inside and 2 people behind desk seemed to purposely move slow because they knew we were in a hurry. Then after 30 min, fuel guy went out to plane, but had no idea of where or how to fuel a C650! Such incompetence cannot be tollerated in aviation, this is how mistakes happen!! Wish there was another FBO choice at KFOK! Sheltair is generally a pretty good FBO at other airports.
