“From the moment I called the customer service was fantastic. I thought we had a propane leak in the house and they came right away and tested everything. Thankfully we didn’t have a leak. Tank was super low. They came back and filled the tank, put a new regulator on (ours was super old) then retested for leaks etc. very knowledgeable polite and professional.
