Okay this is good my wife went to the Westfield Post Office to pick up a package that she knew was there and that guy that works behind the counter said he wasn't even going to look there was too many packages they need replace him I myself have had run-ins with him he is a arrogant person that needs to be removed from his position that is my honest opinion take it for leave it he's a j***

Picking up mail is a curtesy yah ok. That’s you job. Glad I have time sensitive mail that needed to go out this AM.

The service continues declining. No other delivery service has an issue dropping off my packages. I constantly get told that things are not delivered to my house, because my dog is out, when my dog is not even at the house. I've had this happen when my dog and I were both in my house. I don't even get a notice in the mailbox, either. I have to constantly call the office, until I get an answer. I am not getting packages that are said to be delivered. I will get neighbors' mail and packages and they tell me to take it to the proper house when I call. I am not receiving mail that is sent out the same time every month, and confirmed to be sent out.

Why would you want someone who condones drug dealing to deliver federal property! Might want to look into that.

My review is based on the service I received in the actual post office. Not the actual mail carriers. They've always been friendly, polite and answered any questions.

I agree with Katie on the professionalism of this post office.It is terrible. Iv made several complaints about my carrier not delivering my mail,because she is lazy and does not want to do her job.Sits in her car and honks the horn to have me come out to grab my packages and on snow days just will not even attempt to bend 6 inches out her window to put mail in my box.When I contact the postal office and speak with the head post master ,she also has an attitude of I dont care or don't want to help you.If I had a choice of having my mail delivered by another postal service,you bet your hind end I would! Also have these ppl fired as they do not appreciate their jobs. Photo below shows my mailbox and how there is no way she can not reach the box. Photo below is my box.There is no reason she can not reach it.
