Save yourself the trouble, completely outdated, takes forever during check out even if you’re following directions and doing everything correctly. Too small, old, and really HIGH PRICES, for outdated items, & not a fresh selection.

Employee accused me of stealing, told me to let her check my bag, or she'd get the cops to do it for her, didn't do anything when I straight up held my bag towards her and told her to look, and then forced me to leave. This happened last year, but I am not over it. The fact that she didnt check my bag proves that she knew it was baseless and untrue. It scared me out of going back until recently. Also, the produce is always bad ❤️

No public restroom, small with narrow isles, very over priced, and without a doubt the worst self checkout I have ever used. They know anyone in Westfield has to drive a half hour to get to another store.

After having tests done at Westfield hospital, Tops was a short distance on Main to grab groceries on our way home. Very convenient!!! Polite too.

I went to recycle and my bottle got stuck and it took someone 30 minutes to even help me after ringing the buzzer three times and someone else was stuck after me and they assisted them first so I was pretty upset when I left I should have been in cashed in and out.

This store is small, but it has improved so much. Staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The meat case is excellent, and all of the departments are well improved.
