After having tests done at Westfield hospital, Tops was a short distance on Main to grab groceries on our way home. Very convenient!!! Polite too.

I went to recycle and my bottle got stuck and it took someone 30 minutes to even help me after ringing the buzzer three times and someone else was stuck after me and they assisted them first so I was pretty upset when I left I should have been in cashed in and out.

This store is small, but it has improved so much. Staff are very helpful and seem to enjoy their jobs. The meat case is excellent, and all of the departments are well improved.

Forty year shopper at Tops Westfield NY. Enjoy shopping there. Today upon leaving the store I saw a Tops staffer who must have to go off site to smoke because of Tops no smoking policy. Which means she is sitting smoking on the parking lot guardrail. When she finished her cigarette she just threw her cigarette butt on the public sidewalk where there is a large collection of cigarette butts. Tops please encourage healthy habits and responsible environmental standards with your employees. Please monitor this situation and ask your employees to clean up the public walk and dispose of their cigarette butts. We all share the space. Ty.

The workers seem miserable... Perhaps the corporate standards should loosen up a bit, and then maybe it'll become a more peaceful working environment. I'll bet the cashiers repeating the same "hello" "goodbye" "do you have a tops card" gets tiring, resulting in creating a facade, especially when they feel like they have to attach themselves to the high expectations of "customer satisfaction" which that in itself is an illusion to make customers feel good at the expense of the workers integrity. Psychology 101

I tried getting a cake here for my baby nieces christening and I was told to leave and got called some not so nice names (in regards to the way I walk) guess they found it funny?? Idk. You ain’t seen the things I’ve seen.Edit: I came back into the store today and the produce section looked beautiful so I guess I’ll bump it up a star. HOWEVER I am still upset with the ill treatment I received the morn before my baby nieces big day. Of course I’ll be coming back being I live in the area, but seriously? Saying I walk like an ostrich that needs dr scholls foot inserts is a bit obsurd and rather dodgy for my taste. I expect (at the very least) 3 monopoly coupons on ever 20 cents I spend for the rest of the year. Why? To compensate for the brutal treatment I received over a dang cake!

Sure beats driving to Dunkirk Walmart. So grateful to have the store in town it has a great local vibe. I prefer supporting a local establishment (Williamsville NY) rather than a big box corporate store. Many of the employees there have been working there for 20 years and are very friendly! Is it more expensive than Walmart? Most things are, but factor in time to drive and the gas? Topps wins every time.
