I have treated my 2017 Dodge Caravan at Krown each year since I got it. There is no rust anywhere on the vehicle. This year, Krown of Westfield opened. Besides being much closer to my home, scheduling was much sooner than the shop I had previously used. Everyone was pleasant and professional. The work was done quickly and the waiting room was fun! I highly recommend Krown of Westfield.

Got there a few minutes before appointment for undercoating. They were courtious, and promptly took the vehicle to the prep area. Offered me coffee and comfortable seating while I waited. About one hour they completed the job. They went over what they did in the application of the undercoating. They also went over the return visit next year for reapplication. Very satisfied with the experience.

We had our 2013 Honda CRV undercoated with Krown Rust inhibitor. The technicians did a great job getting their product in all the tight places and inside all the concealed places. Management was great to make sure they answered any questions and to make sure we were comfortable while we waited. We highly recommend Krown of Westfield.
