Technician was scheduled to arrive between 8am-noon to set up internet. They never arrived and we never received a call or email saying they had canceled or rescheduled.

Your bill is higher then your told when you sighn up highly whouldnt recommend

We have had trouble ever since we got service. Fiber speeds are not good. Called them 2 times to schedule a service call and they never call back to schedule a call.
