Recently, I took my Toyota RAV 4XLE for routine servicing. Benny was very professional, informative, and courteous answering recall questions and dealing with vehicle maintenance. I enjoyed a pleasant atmosphere at the Toyota Service Dept.

Toyota Westbury service department messed up my car!
I have a 2011 Toyota RAV4, went to Toyota Westbury service department for an inspection on 8/21/2024. I didn’t feel anything wrong and drove this car smoothly usually! After waiting in the waiting room for almost two hours, the Toyota advisor told me my car failed the inspection due to safety issues and the fee to fix the issue costed more than 3000 dollars. I wanted to discuss this issue with my family before go on to repair the car, and I also rushed to a doctor appointment.
After I got my car back from Toyota , my car started to shake while driving and the “check engine “ light was on!!!
Then I went to my local repair shop, they told me Toyota missed placed the parts to make my “check engine “ light on. I got my car inspection passed and only spent 400 dollars to fix the so called “safety issue “! Compare the $400 to $3200,
I hope I don’t need to go back to Westbury Toyota service department ever again!!!
