Do not use this pharmacy. I was as sick as a dog. Couldn’t get out of bed. I ordered delivery for my meds. Two hours later I called to ask when should I expect delivery. I was told it did not get to us in time knowing that I did get a confirmation that delivery was accepted at 17:01 which was an hour before the cut off time. She kept saying we are closing in an hour and I can’t do anything about it .Do not expect anything good from this place. I will transfer my prescriptions somewhere else.

I went into a very busy store and needed help finding something. Sales associate, Juan, stopped what he was doing and took me to the product I was looking for. As a retail store manager I appreciate the excellent customer care demonstrated by Juan. I have always found the staff at this location to be super customer oriented. The credit should be given to manager Leslie for putting together a team that makes her customers feel valued.

I've been using Walgreens lately to print photos and graphics for events that I host and I've found their Westbury location to be the best thus far. Their staff is super fast and their quality is top notch. I love how they are constantly providing promo offers for up to 50% prints, which comes in handy for some amazing savings! As someone who used to work at a competing store when I was younger, I have to say that I am very impressed by both their quality and consistency.

Pharmacy isn’t the best. The women on the phone refused to provide me my insurance information. I wanted to confirm they had my correct information and she refused to provide it to me.. the pharmacy never usually needs to verify an individual so odd that this time this was a request.

This is the worst pharmacy I've ever been to. The pharmacists messed up several times with my prescription, told me one thing and then went back on their word, and were too lazy to check on my prescription. It actually cost me money and they wouldn't refund, for their mistakes. No apologies, no understanding, no refunds. Worst customer service, I will never return here and don't recommend it.

I LOVE WALGREENS Make-up and beauty products section. I LOVE THEIR BUYERS for this section, especially giving shout-outs to three specific local Walgreens: Uniondale Walgreens (BEST staff), North Bellmore (Product, somewhat Attentive staff), East Meadow/Levittown (cool beans - cool, cool, cool! but management and/or staff is underappreciated and overworked from the looks of it). I'm in love with Walgreens, but mostly from Uniondale! My rating (5 stars) is based on Uniondale location and staff only.
