The Ups store in Staples is great. The employees are very professional and helpful. Always pleasant. Thank you that is very rare now. Some places the people act like they are doing the customers a favor.

Great. Went in for planner inserts fairly empty at the moment around 4:30/5pm around 5:30 I made my way to the printer station to find out about heavy card stocks for my planner; which had two females helping the current customers (3) in a timely fashion, after assisting those customers one lady had stepped away to assist a cashier with something I'm assuming that was the manager. The young lady that was there then assisted me and another other gentlemen was amazing! multitasking at its finest. Measuring out everything for me along with still being able to meet the printing needs for someone else . Only gave them 4 stars because I couldn't find the exact size of inserts I needed everything else was great !
