Online checkout and reservation are straightforward and easy to use.During the installation, a member of the BJS tire team acknowledged my appointment and told me to return an hour later. A little over an hour and fifteen minutes later. New tires have already been installed.BJS tire team members executed well and in a timely manner. One of the best shopping experiences and with great customer service.2/12/2023 Update: Lately, I felt some vibration cruising at higher speed. I booked an appointment and BJ'S tire team found the issue, fixed and rebalancing all four tires. Fantastic job team. It's back to normal.
