Amazing selection decent prices just be aware that not all tiles are in stock and you do have to wait a few days for them to come in other than that this place was amazing.

We came to The Tile Shop because we wanted to see a variety of tile in person, and we were thrilled with the selection. Manager Barry assisted us and was extremely knowledgeable, sharing all the info we needed (and didn't have!) about the tile that would be best for our bathroom renovation. Having advice we could trust made a huge difference and we will be back.

I loved this store until I was denied the right to return over $400 worth of fully boxed tiles because it was a few days past the 60-day return policy. They would rather lose a lifetime customer than be slightly flexible in their return policies. This is a poor business practice! The contractor took slightly longer to complete the project than expected. The former assistant manager, Sandy, would have helped me. Now I know why he left this company.I am done with them. Beware and go elsewhere to buy your tiles.

We were looking for bathroom tile and after reading reviews about Rhonda we asked for her. All I can say is that she's awesome.She was so helpful to us in picking out our tile. She is so patientand always has a smile on her face. You can tell that she ispassionate about her job. Tile Shop is lucky to have her. Thank you again Rhonda!

Our experience at The Tile Shop was amazing! Our consultant, Rhonda, was one of the best people we've ever worked with! She took out tile after tile trying to help us find the best match for our bathroom remodel. She had the patience of a Saint even when mine was running out from looking at so many different combinations! The Tile Shop has such a large selection and you can definitely find what you need there. I highly recommend them for all your tile needs. If we have the need for tile in the future, we will definitely be returning & asking for Rhonda's help!

I have to give a shout out to Sandy Montero, the Assistant Manager, who worked with me on an order this past week. We are updating our kitchen and bathroom in Manhattan and Sandy's service, expertise and guidance has all been so helpful. I can't say thanks enough. Order placed. Rhonda is the most passionate person I’ve ever dealt with in regards to the process of doing my bathroom renovation. She was extremely patient with me and provided me with what I was looking for.
