Horrible experience. The woman explained nothing and had me peeing in a coffee cup. I'm totally serious. I even had to ask her three times if she'd take my blood or not cause I was willing to leave.

I just got out of this place and what a terrible experience, the front desk lady and the phlebotomist where absolutely unprofessional. They treated everyone very disrespectful screaming at their patients and at some point I heard one of them telling an older Hispanic lady to speak only English.

Terrrible! Don’t ever come on a Saturday. Disorganized and a very long wait. Only one person working both the desk and blood draw.
