I like that they have all products available in stores. Easier for a person who like to test before buying, eg, office chairs desk etc.
Professional and courthouse staff who go out of their way to help customers.

Yesterday I had a bad experience with the people who serve where the copies are made. The man who attended the place when I needed help with some documents that I needed, he was not at his place of work and I waited for him for a while and sought help to see who could help me until I had to go to another person who was charging and he told me that he would try to see where the person was and it turns out that a hitman was smoking outside the store and when they asked him to serve me he treated me very bad, the man was upset and with his bad attitude he did not provide me with the service that I needed and then I turned to another person and also tried to explain the reason why I needed help and he was also in a bad temper and with his gestures He made me understand that he couldn't help me. I think that why they work for people who don't provide their services to help others and their needs. and besides, they treat him badly, they shouldn't give jobs to those types of people with bad attitudes and besides, as if they can calmly smoke a cigarette and take their time and not give good service and then to top it all off with all that smell of cigarettes and the other, man Also even paresis who was falling asleep and serving reluctantly they shouldn't hire people like that it was a bad experience. here

Staple in Westbury, I stopped in to return an unopened box of a chair I'd bought and found to big for the space. Jeff helped me and I found him to be a helpful sweet young man. I'd used 2 coupons rewards to pay for part of it and the rest in cash when I'd purchased it in the Plainview store. ( 14 day return policy with receipt) Bottom line I did get all back. But it's a courtesy as Now, going forward, if you use your rewards to pay and, need to return, you loose the money from them. Rewards easy, I don't find that.

Not bad of a store. Although I think it's because I came in early, but the store had only 2 staff members in the showroom.

Outstanding experience with Que to-day.! This is the second time he had come to help me with my dilemma. Que is a definite asset to Staples, as a business owner myself I known and appreciate the true value of an employee. Que is Knowledgeable, patient and will go out of his way to give you excellent caring customer service with a smile. He has exceeded my expectations in customer service!!! We need many more people like Que in our retail stores...

I frequent this location and everyone is usually very nice. The lower rating is due to the incident on 10/22/23 AM. The male working the UPS/AMZ desk probably should not work in customer service. This is my first time trying Staples’ AMZ return drop off, I usually go to UPS. He tells me this return can be accepted just this once but cannot typically be accepted because it’s too large (it was a cervical pillow, crescent shaped, quite pliable). AMZ doesn’t note restrictions but Staples may as unreasonable as it may seem. Then he condescendingly says to the extent of, “do you understand what I said?” Wow. You do not address an adult customer as if they were a child regardless of how frustrated you typically are when dealing with customers. I paused a beat considering the tone he used was unacceptable and was deciding if I should raise issue but I decided not to escalate the matter. He seems miserable enough and I’ll leave him be and hope he finds some peace and happiness in life.
