Maybe it’s because there are young ladies in the store but many are just purely incompetent. I love the clothes here, not so much the people working. Not to mention last week, an employee was having a full on conversation with someone over the phone and i had to wait behind her and ask for help.Today, this store lost me as a customer.As a returning customer, it did not feel good when everyone was greeted upon walking in except for me. It did not feel good when I was entering my rewards and the cashier stared at me for at least 5 seconds after “it’s not coming up”.You know, i understand that nothing coming up in the system is not her fault but her looking at me for a solution was mind boggling. Not to mention I had to ask her what to do and she said “So have you spent $500 in the store yet or no” implying that I needed to spend at least that much to even get points.I then asked her if that’s the only way I get into the rewards program and she said no, you get one point for every dollar you spend in store. Right, so you see the importance in me saving the points. I’m beyond baffled at this incompetent and unwillingness to help when their purpose is to assist with inquiries like mine.I left the store feeling more stupid than ever. I don’t think I will come back. I will just shop at a different location that is closer.

I came in pushing my son in a stroller. I wasn’t greeted even though they have a bell that rings once you enter the store. 2 minutes later a white woman enters and she is greeted before the door even closes behind her. I continued to shop as I heard the young, white associate greet and ask each customer if they needed help. She overlooked me as if I was there. I normally don’t shop in places that I feel are racist but I was last minute shopping for a vacation and I really needed a few pieces after checking all the stores I like. It was my first time at this store and I ended up purchasing the items. I asked the associate about the return policy because I didn’t have time to try on the clothing with my son there. She explained the policy as if it was hurting her to speak to me. I said okay and walked out. Two of the 4 items I have don’t fit so I will have to return to this store. I’m not looking forward to more prejudicial treatment but I have to exchange the pieces for items I actually like. After that I will not be returning or supporting such a prejudice clothing store. The owners of this place must be racist because the people they are not welcoming to all.

An item was not in one store, so they held in Garden city for me. Went the next day and they would not offer the discount that was on the item the day be before. I spent so much more net in this store and I went out of my way to get it and they were like sorry and put it out on the floor. They lost my loyalty.

Much better customer service than the Plainview location. This store is farther from Plainview for me but I don’t mind it because I am actually being treated well and not being looked at by those snotty nasty girls at the other location.

Usually not one to complain but I feel particularly wronged by this company. Had a horrible experience at the Marlton location & customer service online. Yesterday I purchased an already damaged dress (I admittedly should have seen the pull and stain on the satin). Within two hours I was back in the store to return it. I've been shopping at the one located in Woodcliff lake for quite some time now. I bought 1 pair of leggings and when I got home, they had several holes that looked as though a security tag had been ripped off. They exchanged them for me. On June 15th 2021. I bought another pair which had the same problem. Shopped here today and I am sorry that I did. The associates greeted and made conversation with every other group of customers that came in. When my daughter were ready to ring up, we greeted the cashier and she reviewed the return policy so many times that I was made to feel as if she believed I was buying the clothes just to bring them back and return them. We were never asked if we needed assistance, helped to get a fitting room, or treated like the other first-time customers who enjoyed warm, welcoming chats. With everything going on in the world right now, it’s becoming easier to see where you are clearly not wanted, welcomed and where youre made to feel that your patronage is not needed.

I simply adore this place! I I've been there a few times. In fact, I love the clothes so much and sometimes I buy them online. On my most recent trip to NYC, I visited with friends in Long Island and decided to shop here. The salesgirl was busy but acknowledged us. She went above and beyond to find my size in the dress I wanted. The store was organized and clean! I will always shop here for the fun styles

Westbury Ruby and Jenna is amazing! The girls are always SO sweet and helpful. Not to mention the clothes here are ADORABLE and affordable! Would highly recommend this store!

Jamie and Alexis from the garden city store are very rude they would not let me exchange my items for other items because we lost the receipt they harassed us for a hour and Jamie via phone yelled at me for a hour cursing I will never shop there again I turned three customers away as I write this in front of the store there unprofessional check the camera we literally was on the phone with the manager since the "assistant manager " Alexus cried literally then two minutes later laughing at us just check the cameras
