Seem to never have items .no matter the day of week. They are cutting back on ordering inventory. There should be no reason why if shipment comes in tuesday and by friday shelves are empty . Make it make sense

If you come 10 minutes before their lunch time AND are already on line waiting, they won’t see you. Horrible customer service. Removing all my pharmacy needs out of here.

Sadly the Williston park Rite Aid closed. I don’t mind traveling to the Westbury location, because the employees are always friendly. That’s why I’ll continue to be a regular customer in your store.

This pharmacy is absolutely deplorable and managed by uncaring and egocentric individuals. I do not use this pharmacy but my elderly parents do. And not once not twice but on numerous occasions you can call them to verify information and no one gives you the curiosity of picking up the phone. When you go into the pharmacy they are all hunching over a computer attempting to avoid eye contact. Earlier purposefully I had the call that was on hold playing on my phone to see if any of the individuals there would answer the phone and none did. They walked passed the ringing phone. I understand they have to fill prescriptions but your job also includes customer care and at this point, I should not have to waste gas to verify if a rx has been received or not and of course in my case it was not received. I not only wasted over 20 mins on hold but an additional 15 in person just to be advised the rx was not received. And when I was asked by my parents physician to be place on speaker to provide a verbal rx order the pharmacist told them he would not take it and to call it in. As if they answer the phones their! Truly disgusted and if I can give a negative rating I would. Bring back the workers that were there before. They were kind friendly and even on their busiest of days answered the phone.

It's hard to find a good pharmacy these days but I think the pharmacy here is one of the better ones. I felt very helped when I called regarding getting a prescription transferred to the store (after having difficulty at a different location). They also assured me they'd call me back if they had any trouble. The prescription was transferred and ready that evening, and they even made sure I would get the best price for my medication.

The pharmacy techs are great. Some of the store personnels are racist. Once, I was waiting on line being the 1st, the guy called the latino that was after me and let me standing there. I talked about it and he argued with me about it instead of saying sorry. He said he thought I was just stand there. Why would I come to just stand on line at Rite Aid?

This is the best pharmacy of my lifetime. The pharmacists, especially Justin Kang, and the manager of the customers behind the pharmacy counter, James, time and again treat all customers with respect and courtesy and manage all of the pharmacy operations at the highest standards of excellence. I work in Garden City and I live in Muttontown and I purposely have all of my prescriptions filled at this pharmacy because of their professional attention to patient safety, to helping patients comply with health insurer requirements and to explain to customers how and why and when their needs and requests can be honored.I’ve been coming here for over 10 years and I would not go to any other pharmacy. I’ve had my flu shots,, vaccines, and other healthcare/medical applications provided here because of what I’ve witnessed with the quality of their techniques and methodologies. The pharmacist and support staff set the standard for customer service for all businesses to achieve.The store is well maintained with shiny floors, well-stocked isles, cleanliness and welcome seldom experienced in our NYC/LI region.This pharmacy is easily and conveniently located off the Northern State and Old Country Road. It has plenty of parking. The pharmacy hours are open most days for 12 hours, while the store itself has even more extended hours.

Store is out of control. No manager on duty. Cashier barely speaks English. No one answers the phone in pharmacy or in store. Line for prescriptions is 20 people long. I go up to the pharmacy window to ask if anyone will answer the phone, rude pharmacist says "No one answers the phone". I never saw him before but he clearly is inept as the cashier in the pharmacy kept having to tell him what to do. Cashier is always helpful as is the regular pharmacist, Justin. But from his attitude, I do not feel confident that this new pharmacist will dispense me the correct medication so I will no longer be using Rite Aid pharmacy. And no manager on duty, and the cashiers can't answer any questions or answer the phone? I called for a half hour just to find out if my prescription was ready and no one answered. Called 1-800-RITE-AID and the person I spoke to couldn't get anyone to answer the phone either. I walked out without my prescription. Stay away.

Very clean and bright. Always has what I am looking for. That new self check out is the best one I ever used compared to all the other stores that has them. I never been to a pharmacy like this. is just perfect! Love it. Keep it UP

Opens at 9am on a Saturday? Worst rite aid ever the only one in the area that opens at 9am. If you can’t open early like everyone else don’t run a business

This store is at an easily accessiblelocation with a large parking area and not only has most of what one would need but also has friendly and helpful clientele.
