terrible service!! the lady Left my hand incomplete to take care of another customer! Another lady finusher my nails and to be honest is not the best way to engage with potential new customers. I felt Ive wasted my money!!! I def don't recommend this place

I had an amazing time at Queen's Nail Salon! The atmosphere was so nice and cozy. Since I was a first-time customer, I felt the technicians were a bit reserved at first. But as we started talking and getting to know each other, I realized they were super friendly. The manicure and pedicure I got were seriously the best I've ever had, and the staff was incredibly kind and welcoming the whole time. My nails look absolutely fabulous now, and I left the salon feeling completely pampered. I wholeheartedly suggest this salon to anyone looking for top-quality nail care. Really unprofessional im not the one leave a bad review but this time I’m trying to get my nails done so I call to the store and I ask the girl if they have space for me so she said yes you can come in so when I get there she started to make my manicure and then another girl was there and she said omg I forget she have appointment so she tell me you have to wait 45 minutes I said I call before so you tell me I can come and she said well you have to wait so really disappointing never again

FANTASTIC!!!!!The greeting at entrance, Manicure was done accurately in comfort and speed drying process was great. Spa pedicure was given in comfort and excellent working from start to finish, toes nail clipping water temperature? my choice asking several times if all is well was there anything I needed. Wrap on the legs, callus removal leg lift comfort, no pain, massage smooth like butter, dynamic up too my knees and I needed that. There service is on point. My third visit. I'm in there every 2 weeks now.

This place totally lacks the bells and whistles of a hood nail saloon. The chairs don't work and there is no ending with a shoulder massage like many other places. The prices are decent. All the woman are Latino and try to speak English which is a plus. Took my daughters here and they were able to have conversations with the nail techs on what they want- unlike most places we have been where only one person in the entire shop speaks English. The person that did my pedicure and manicure did an excellent job. She didn't do the long massage you might get in other saloons but my feet were smooth and nails well painted. My daughters got pedicures, regular manicures and acrylic tips - first time- and they all were very happy and we weren't there for a long time either! The person who I assume is the manager talked to one of my daughters the whole time while she was doing the manicure and was so warm and welcoming! My daughters really enjoyed being there. The other thing that I appreciate is they don't try to up charge you and make you pay for extra hidden stuff which happens a lot in the other mail saloons I've been to. They are honest and straight forward. We will be back!!!

I am not the one to leave negative reviews (check my review history) but I have been coming to this place on and off since the 90s. It has changed management a few times but I have always had a good experience. After my last visit I will NOT come back here. I got acrylic tips and a pedicure for an upcoming vacation. When the nail tech was done my toenails were different lengths, the tips were slanted and the modified French design that I asked for looked like a child did it. In the end I paid extra to have her remove the design and paint my nails a solid color. I could tell that she was really doing her best but the quality of the services offered here just isn't what it used to be...

Very clean, I love how they care for my feet, they shape them so well and use the pumice on my heel so effectively. Best place for pedicures and manicures. Very affordable too!
