I had came here to stretch my Givenchy boots because they were the only place that could do it. They impressed me so much, not only with the customer service but the quality and time they took to care for my boot. The guy even allowed me to bring my boot back if the boot started to get snug again.

Was recommended to this place when I purchased my louboutin boots. They put a protective covering so the red bottoms don't get scraped up. When I walked in I was surprised at how tiny the storefront was but never judge a book by its cover. They did such an amazing job. I will definitely be bringing any shoe repairs and high end bags here. They do great quality work.

Post Avenue Bootery is the best by far! Ralph is a skilled and professional cobbler who has always been honest and upfront with what could be done with my shoes... He handles all shoes with care despite the label or cost..Ralph also caters to your creative ideas and not so common fixes , definitely thinks outside the box and is open to suggestions!!... Even my bags have been cleaned and shined and when I asked for something more detailed he referred me to a business that specialized in such work.. I remember years ago he saved my silver leather thong sandals by replacing them with a thicker beautiful silver leather lining..!! I was amazed and he's now fixing two other sandals by adding elastic to the buckles on my ankle straps so I don't have to bend over fiddling with the buckle , just pull them on!! This is like getting custom shoes for half the price!!! But If Ralph says your shoes are beyond repair .. it's nothing personal ..believe it .. trash em!! He's saving you money!! Love this place

Great place! If it can be fixed, Ralph (?) can do it...and with a great attitude as well. He wants what you want and has a good fashion eye. Glad I found this place. Not cheap, but oh, so well done.
