Extremely rude staff. Don’t even look at you in the face when you’re asking a simple question. After wandering around being completely ignored for a good amount of time I finally tried to ask for help and was told to sign the waiting list with hardly a glance. All I was asking was if they have a larger selection of kitchen faucets and apparently they only have 2 options?!?!? Very unpleasant experience.

I highly recommend Porcelanosa in Westbury for all kitchen and tile needs.I have done my kitchen countertops and flooring (tiling) with PorcelanosaSusan Gilberg, the showroom supervisor, helped us to find the perfect materials for our project. Her ideas and guidance truly helped our concept come to life. She went the extra mile time and time again to meet our needs. This was so appreciated.Also, the project manager Nicole was so professional. Nicole worked diligently with my designer to ensure each step was completed according to each exact detail. We couldn’t have been more satisified with the final result.I highly recommend Porcelanosa. Thank you!

We recently completed a full house renovation and all of our bathrooms and vanities come from Porcelanosa. I could not be happier with the products and the results. Be sure to make an appointment previously, otherwise you will not be able to work with a salesperson, especially during their sales when showroom is hectic. I am extremely satisfied with our experience, but I am going to give it 4 stars only since making the first approach/appointment was not easy and phone systems were down for some time, which I find inexcusable in this day and age.

Recently doing a few renovation projects in my home. One being my main bath, and i had a specific design in mind. After being to very many tile shops, no one worked with me like Arti, so i was very glad i made my way to Porcelanosa. She was patient, listened to what i was looking for, had patience when i changed my mind, and helped me place follow up orders for more products. Diligent and thorough. Great job and wish i was doing another project so i can work with her again soon!

They sent me Wrong tile and sales rep is no longer with company . They don’t want to take tiles back because it’s final sale even if they are wrong . Never again will buy anything from Them ! Spent over 100k and they don’t want to help me with one order worth 4k . Nasty customer service and nasty stuff in all Locations especially westbury!

Remodeling 3.5 bathrooms during COVID, while both working full time, with varied material shortages from the pandemic, certainly created some challenges. Porcelanosa's tiles are beautiful, unique, and kind of sell themselves, yet it takes a person like Susan to make the process work for a customer's individual needs and wants! Over the course of the past few months, Susan has consistently been accessible, relatable, skilled, and patient. Her knowledge coupled with her customer service created an experience of support and understanding of the needs of creating home, especially in today's uncertain times. She is a gem and has truly shown up for us throughout every step of the process and beyond. Thank you Susan for all you do and for all the knowledge and commitment you bring to your work and customers! A rare find for sure.

Very rude customer service. Yes we all know construction is booming, but this will drop off very soon. Your attitude will always be remembered. You sell tiles, be humble and pleasant.

I engaged with the Westbury office of Porcelenosa for a main bath renovation project we are getting ready to do. We worked with Melanie, who was super helpful with ideas.The first part of the order came quickly and a special order arrived from Spain in a reasonable time frame, but there was a mixing manifold that was missed on the order and even after a promise of expedited shipping, serval days later I am still waiting.Their stuff looks cool, but their organization and service could be greatly improved

Ordered an item. Didn’t get the proper colors as per store display, so decided to return as it was not what we have seen on the display. Store had no problem taking it back but charged me for shipping back to the warehouse - I don’t agree with this policy at all!

Thanks once again to Susan for helping me design the most beautiful bathroom for my Daughter in Miami. We could have gone to the Miami showroom but after working with Susan for years, I knew the orders would be correct and the I would have the look we wanted. Have patience people, she knows how to multi task and will get it done for you! I always suggest making an appointment, just don't walk into the store and expect instant help planning bathrooms and kitchens takes time and multiple visits. Please she's fun to work with.

Normally I only write reviews on restaurants and such, however this is one of the those times an exception is called for especially after I saw the review below from “D.A. Kate below!” My wife has been dealing with Susan for years, and there’s never a time that she tells me how absolutely wonderful Susan is to work with. There’s never an issue or a problem that can’t be resolved and there aren’t too many of those. People like D.A. Kate, don’t have the slightest clue that the people in the store are there to make their shopping / purchasing experience satisfying not one full of stress, issues or complaints! Susan is a lifesaver and regardless of the size of your job she’s there to make your experience as pleasant as possible. Thank you again Susan.Dylan

I could not be happier with my salesperson Susan Gilberg. Not only was she patient and knows her product well but she was fun to work with which is rare these days. I highly recommend asking for her assistance the next time you are in the Westbury store.

Wonderful showroom. The showroom has a lot of tiles on display and built examples. Always bring my client to here for inspiration and selection. Staffs are also very helpful with selection and quote. They always follow through our order and delivery.
