They didn’t have a good selection and the cashier was on the phone the entire time I was making my purchase. Not even a good evening or thank you.

The person working there was very rude and had no knowledge of their product. He was loudly on the phone with someone else when I called asking if they had Peruvian wine. He answered me saying "Yes we do" then even verified they had the brand I asked for, Tabanero. However, when I got there and mentioned I had called about the Peruvian wine, he pointed to a section while still on the phone for a social call. When I wasn't able to find what I was looking for I asked him to show me. With an attitude, and without ending his phone conversation, he walked over to the section he indicated and said "the Peurto Rican wines are over there" then immediately went back to his phone call. The wines he indicated weren't even Puerto Rican, and they had 0 Peruvian wines despite him specifically telling me he had the brand I was looking for over the phone. I was annoyed but was going to grab a bottle of Baileys on the way out, however the product was ridiculously overpriced and I could barely hear myself think over the guys super loud phone conversation (he had the person he was talking to on speaker with the volume maxed out). To say the least, I will definitely never be coming back to this small shop again. Even if they don't have a wide variety of products, the worker could have at least had to decency to tell the person he was talking to that he had a customer, both in person and when I called. If he actually paid attention to what I asked and didn't just blindly lie, I would not have wasted my time going there.

I go there. The Spanish guys n the cashier girl r always friendly. Upper management needs to smile n interact with customers. One day one of them was speaking behind my back thinking I deaf, perhaps, it's a stain on her not me. I've visited many ☺ facilities such yurs n Westbury is a cakewalk in terms of clientele compared other towns or counties. So smile, life is not that hard where yur at...
