I have been waiting for over two months for a cpap face mask that I was able to obtain in a matter of days by ordering online. The most polite explanation at this point for their performance is incompetence.

DO NOT use this business, they are totally incompetent, the people who work there have a tough time reading simple documents. any transaction will take at least 5 phone calls - if it gets done at all. the customer service there is especially horrifying & soul destroying. they have employed the most bitter and rude women I have ever encountered. I mean- why do these people go out of their way to make lives so gratuitously difficult for others- especially those in need of medical equipment - equipment that is paid for by Medicare? there is something so screwed up with this country that this business should exist. I understand these jobs are boring & low paying, but these employees choose to take out their profound unhappiness on hapless callers. shame on all of you, especially the owner for allowing this.

If it was possible to give this company a minus 0 I would. I was trying to return equipment and after leaving a series of messages -- which, by the way are not answered even after leaving a message -- the person who called me back refused to give me her name and simply hung up on me. I am dealing with my aunt's death and trying to get a million things done and yet there is no compassion or competence. This place is THE WORST.

Extremely poor communication. Yes they would send an aide, as a matter of fact they sent 2 aides. When I called up to tell them I was happy with the original one, they said the schedule had changed. I said I wasn't happy with a new aide and that I wanted my one that I was used to. Even though the new aide was nice, she ricked of perfume. I specifically told the coordinator from the agency that I cannot have anyone with perfume because of allergies and I have a dog. So of course they send someone that never got the message(s). When I finally complained and told them that I would end up in the hospital from severe allergies, she blew me off and asked me if I wanted to discharge the aide. Uhh, ya think?

I've been with this agency since August, 2019. They are not perfect, but compared to most home healthcare agencies, they get the 5 stars. They are always courteous and my supplies usually arrive on the date promised. If the order is not exactly right, it is corrected promptly. Susan calls to check in every month and she does a good job in every way. I've had some special concerns from time to time and the response has been good. Most home health care equipment companies are pretty bad in my experience so I am very happy to have this one that gives some real attention and care to the patient's needs.

Saying this company is horrible would be giving them a compliment. They started off good with us, delivering the bed actually earlier than we were told (from other reviews looks like we got very, very lucky). Now that my father has passed, getting them to come pick up THEIR equipment is where we hit the incompetence of this company. First attempt they didn't follow instructions and called right before pickup (we live 45 mins away). Second attempt we were told between 9-5 with call in the morning. No call; called office and told after 5pm which we couldn't do. Third attempt waited all day and until 9:30pm. No one showed up; no call from driver and calls to office were met with "no idea" or switched to voicemail after being on hold. Now here is the funny part. Got voicemail from company asking if THEIR equipment was picked up last week. They don't know if THEIR equipment was picked up?!?!?!?!? We are lucky than some of the other reviews. At least we are dealing with this afterwards and not when it would have been more critical. NYS should put this company out of business

Worst service ever. My 89 year old mother was in hospice care for cancer and spent 100% of her time in bed. A hospital bed was ordered for her via her hospice nurse. They gave us a date and "time" between 12-4. They never showed up on the scheduled delivery date, which, of course, I had to call them to reschedule. I asked them what happened and why no delivery? NO ONE could tell me what happened. The driver even had my number.. no call. Now mind you my mom was waiting sitting on a couch in the living room from 9AM - 6PM. The second delivery was scheduled again. We asked for an early delivery. They showed up @ 6:00PM. Again, my mom had to sit on a couch, in a living room all day. As my mom passed, we asked them to come pick up the bed. It is now 8:00PM and the driver has yet to show up - he has called three times to let me know that he will be late each time adding on another half hour due to traffic. Did I mention my mother had cancer and most of her pain was concentrated in her back/spine - waiting all day for a delivery on a living room couch was extremely painful for her... but they didn't care. Guess the word hospice means nothing to this company!

Extremely poor customer service, I will not refer anyone to struggle with this company. This company totally unfit to care patients, more then a month I spoke with several agents about my C-pap supply no one telling me I need prescription. After one and half month later one agent telling me I need prescription. Agent even not listening, just talking.

I am a physician and will never refer or do business with such a poorly run company. I was trying to get the hospital bed that was supplied by them repaired only to get the run around for 4 months. They never get the faxes of the prescriptions or notes they say are needed. I will be telling all my social workers and rehab doctors not to use them again for medical equipment.

Yelp should allow for no stars - Family member started crisis hospice care on a Friday morning - Nurse put crisis order in for oxygen delivery which meant within two hours - Took nine hours, 15 phone calls, by me and VNS to get the oxygen - so family member suffered needlessly - Family member died Sunday evening - Company called to pick up oxygen equipment, told them when we would be available "we can't guarantee that" ok then that's your problem we are a grieving family don't you want to make it easy for us? Guess not - Harrased me with many calls everyday and when I tried to call them back sat on hold for half an hour and then pushed to VM each time - Had to get VNS involved to get a live person after nine days - Finally picked up yesterday - Has an F rating from the Better Business Burea

Don't waste your time. One star is too much. Poor communication all around. They don't answer the phone when I call, 90% I leave messages. If they return your call, the reps don't leave their name and extension. They were constantly changing they CPAP mask from the one I had chosen. I chose them because they were local. I changed after prescription needed renewal.
