I have to agree with Frank. I just spoke with a gentleman named Ralph. I ordered my replacement CPAP equipment in under 5 minutes. Ralph was polite and courteous and advised me that it could take up to two weeks for delivery. If they were bad, they have definitely changed. Well done!!

I believe the man's name is Josh? Anyway, anytime I call I seem to have a great experience. So easy so quick on the phone for under a minute to renew my cpap supplies. Whats puzzling is the bad reviews I saw? I do not see it!
