Had a great experience. Went multiple times this week and each time we had Egypt as our server/bartender. Great drinks served with a great smile and attitude. Will come back !

My experience at the hookah lounge was completely ruined by the rude server. Not only did they ignore our table for most of the night, but when we finally managed to get their attention, they were dismissive and condescending. It's a shame that such poor service overshadowed what could have been a pleasant evening.To make matters worse, the server had the audacity to demand more money than what was initially agreed upon. It felt like a blatant attempt to squeeze extra cash out of us, adding insult to injury. Such dishonest tactics are unacceptable and left a sour taste in our mouths, both figuratively and literally.

Service is too slow
Admission fee 10$ per person and only CASH accepted in weekend for nothings.
After 10:00 pm they forced me to get pineapple head for almost 35$ why !!
Too noisy
Waiting for more than 20 min for Charcoals to be serviced second time.
Not recommended to visit again

For a small hole in the wall place , I was surprised there’s a cover charge of $10 per person especially being surrounded by colleges . This place is definitely trying to get over on folks .

Service is really bad. Music was so loud that I couldn’t talk to person sitting next to me. And they added 20% administrative fee, and specifically mentioned that tip is on top of administrative fee.
My friends and I have decided not to go here again.

The place is good but too dark for me. I like a well lit place if only there was an option. Wish there were attendants to check on you for ordering menu items - mostly drinks. Add more food items like Burger and fries to dine in. I removed one star as the service could definitely use some improvement. No one came to ask what I would like to order.

They over charged me for the things I didn’t order. Please pay attention when you are drinking.They charged me for pineapple which I never ordered and an extra beer which I didn’t order. When I told this to the bar attendant, he said that we cannot do anything because it’s card pay. I just walked out.
