Not a good experience at all put me through the wringer working on a Refinance only to waste my time for weeks on end. They don’t listen when you talk. I had to go over the same things over and over and over again no help from gentlemen working on my refinance, never available. And the girl working with the underwriter to get my information was a nightmare very nasty . our overall experience was a nightmare. looking back Mid Island Mortgage wanted me to more than double my interest rate from 3% to 7% and add another $100,000 to my mortgage for a refinance. All I was looking for was A home equity loan of $40,000……….

I recently closed on a property. The seller had some hiccups along the way which didn't make the process as seamless as it could've been however Mid-Island was accessible to me and all my questions. My emails were answered expediously, my calls were answered. The most valuable part of the experience is they were honest about time lines and expectations. They (Frank Savocchi) walked me through the WHOLE process and was extremely patient with me. I probably would've quit if it weren't for him reassuring that all of what was happening was 'just a part of the process " Him and his team are phenomenal. If u went to a generic bank you absolutely would not get the love and care thats needed in buying a home especially for the first time.

We had a wonderful time with Ben and Tiffany, we are grateful to both of them although It was a long road for us to purchase this house and get everything together but with the help of Ben and Tiffany the process got much easier. Walter Vilalta and Richard Castro were so wonderful to work with! I really love this bank/lender specifically Maria Estrada she Was my agent and I am 100% sure if it was with any other lender I wouldn’t have been qualified/buy our home .She explained everything from the jump what to and not to do in the process to avoid trouble .And tried everything and wouldn’t give up on us,and made the buying process a perfect experience and she was looking out for us in every aspect and making sure we was homeowners.I really love and would recommend her.
