Not the same since this no longer a corporate store . Went there for assistance with an iPhone . They gave it a good try but I ended up at the Apple Store to fix an issue. Long time metro customer. Bad decision to switch from a corporate store . Also poor inventory

the phone number listed here and many parts of google is FAKE 516-333-7276 . Just be careful go to the store personally instead. they got credit card info over the phone and then hang-up.

I am highly disappointed in the level of customer service rendered at this location. I have been a MetroPCS customer for nearly 10 years and have never experienced such negligence. I purchased a new phone for my business line and upon checking out I asked the employee if I am able to return the phone should any issues arise. I was verbally informed by the employee "yes" you have 14 days to do so.Unfortunately, the phone I received has malfunctioned on so many level I no longer wanted the phone. First I am unable to send/receive picture messages which is vital for my business. There are applications on the phone that are malfunctioning and the camera photos are very blurry/pixelated.I go into the store within the 14 day period to explain all my issues only to be told "your device is final sale due to it being an upgrade and not a new line." I immediately said I was verbally informed by an employee that I could return within 14 days however that was later denied by the employee and there was no acknowledement by any employee or the manager regarding the misinformation I received.While the return policy is printed on the receipt regarding returning devices for upgrades, the receipt is not given to you until after your purchase is completed. Therefore if a customer is verbally told the wrong information they have already completed the transaction and not being told of the policy until they see the reciept. These are horrible business practices and should be looked into immediately. I am now left with a device that cost nearly $400 and no acknowledgement from the store for the misinformstion I was given. I have been with Metro since 2015 and unfortunately this experience has caused me to look into other service providers for my business. To the owner/operator of this branch please make sure your employees are providing customers with the correct information.

This is the worst store not part of metro pcs .Sold me what I think now is second hand apple 13 went back to change it with in a week of the two week exchange window they had no apple phones so said I’d come back that Sunday still no phones and wouldn’t exchange because it was a day over two weeks and there system wouldn’t allow it more are less told me I was lying about been there the week before had to face time who was with me to verify in front of them ,I even said look at your cameras I was here .Your talking to who you believe is a manager but no he had to call his manager on phone who said she had to call her manager who is not available on and on ,terrible deceitful store and I had metro pcs for years , Out of pocket for a apple phone I hate $780.00and had to work hard to afford it NEVER EVER GO unless you take notes to verify your problem get them to sign it ,Horrible Experience and I never write reviews but this store deserves it

Don’t go to this store metro pcs in Westbury. because the employees has no manners. They are rude. They don’t know what they doing. I won’t recommend anybody to do anything with this branch unless you want to get screwed up by those idiots?

Do not go to this store. They are no longer a corporate store for the last 2 months. They gave me bad information and refused to give me a refund. Before you do anything please call customer service. You will save money and time. I paid $90.07 for new line which was suppose to be free under the family plan. And when I called customer service to make the switch they said that option was not available. I then found out it was only suppose to be $46 through customer service to add the line. And when I disclosed that the store they said it was $90.07 because of taxes and fee. Okay sir. They also said I can come in the next day to cancel just for them to tell me I have to do it through customer service and no refund can be issued which of course they have printed on the receipt after they already took your money. When I say do not go into this store, do not. You will get ripped off. And they will do nothing to fix it.

What deplorable customer service. U are a telecommunication company no internet . Customers lined up outside waiting for service. Corporate store what a joke. This is horrid customer service and the markup hidden fees. U r economic hijackers

I being a costumer over 10 years and I called metropcs costumer service no help at all so I decided to go in person and online it says the store closes at 8pm its 6:30 pm and it was already close what a terrible costumer service.

I bought a phone from this placeThe phone kept acting up by not ringing manager Maria refuses to refund she changed it for a phone that started doing the same exact thing they told me they are not responsible for the phone and to contact apple directly Whitehall was zero help apple dose not cover their phones so it looks like I’m out $500 on this phone Maria and her staff was very smug and smart with the words but zero help I’ve been with metro 8 years to get robbed

Friendly, knowledgeable staff. No nonsense, upfront pricing clearly marked on all phones. Very little wait time and a very quick process to help a family member switch their phone.
