Fortunoff advertised a 100% off on a lazy Susan with a $54 delivery charge which was very high. they called me and told me they would not honor thier advertised price

While they may have some nice stuff there is always a problem with sale prices and discounts. Basically, lots of scams and price gouging- always leave there frustrated.

We had the pleasure to work with Ed Renne, he diligently answered all our questions. He was transparent, gave us options and was very professional. I returned approximately 2 days later and made a purchase on an outdoor set. It will be delivered in a week and along with assembly.

After stopping at a few other places we decided to go to westbury fortunate backyard store.. we immediately found what we looking for and the salesman Rodney Millar was able to make a few suggestions and we ended up with the perfect patio set... the only bad part of our experience was finding out the Rodney is retiring and won't be there to help us in a couple of months when we need our second patio set for our deck.. thank you Rodney for all your help and we hope you enjoy your retirement

After visiting the Melville store and having a terrible experience with a rude salesperson in a total “pretty woman” experience, we made our way to the Westbury store in search of a new dining set. We waited a bit for a salesperson to assist us, but then Jay came to check on us before he went out on his lunch break. While his McDonalds got cold, Jay, who had no idea how serious we were about buying anything, answered our questions and we left with a dining set, 2 chaise lounge chairs, side table, umbrella, cushions and placemats. Sorry you wound up eating cold fries Jay, but you were awesome!!And to the lady at the Melville branch, you work on commission right? Big mistake! HUGE!

My experience in the store was excellent. Our sales woman was very knowledgeable and helpful. Our fire pit table is beautiful. Great qualityI’m taking off one star (and that’s being nice) for the delivery service. Not only were they over three hours late (with no phone call until I called the office twice), they only dropped off the table and did not set up the burner. They left the box and said they don’t do that. I called the store and confirmed that wasn’t correct so now I have to wait for another four hour window for someone to come fix it. Frustrated is how I feel

MY COORESPONDENCE WITH FORTUNOFF I opened my table and proceeded to start painting it to match my chairs then when I took table out to start on I realized it in fact does not accommodate a 2 inc umbrella I would never had purchased this if you answered correctly!! I have an umbrella that only fits in a 2 inch opening, obviously including the protective insert to buffer umbrella pole from hitting the glass top. This is shady customer service to say the least, I now have a table I can't use or return and wasted 4 cans of spray point for nothing , this is the second message I have sent as well as a reply email to the email from your customer service stating it would accommidate a 2 inch umbrella, no response or explanation from either, thank you for the misinformation and wasting my time an money Marie Tuccillo
