I ordered a baby blue silk taffeta at $44.99 a years and I was shipped a gray color. I called because there is a seven day refund and return policy, and he refused to honor it and started the count from the day it was shipped not the day I received it! Scammers and frauds!

Not a good experience. You have to call to get in which is fine but the man there wasn’t very helpful and I felt rushed. He had a bit of an attitude. Most of the fabrics are beaded and appliqué. Not sure on pricing.

Shawn seemed sure that he had all of the open net colors i requested then he does a 180 3 days later he says that although the warehouse sold out of 20 yds of a requested color specific item, he surprised me saying that everything else i requested via email had already been cut. Why would u cut them without first confirming with your warehouse if they have all the items on my order??? those specific colors were ordered for a reason because ...thats how fashion works, i'm not going to just make a plan b, c, and d ESP. if its for a client. when i just found out that they no longer have the requested color open net, i had to cancel the whole order out of pure frustration. This sets me back with productivity and all i can say is shady shady shady. fyi aggressive business tactics don't get you anywhere

I have been working with a student making her own wedding dress. Between searching fabric stores in the fabric district in NYC and recommended sources online, we had one problem after another finding enough yardage of dupioni silk in the color she desired. One source after another said yes, only to communicate days later they didn't have enough. We were quite desperate...not to mention frustrated by the cost of samples being sent back and forth. Butterfly came to the rescue!!! I called them up and Anna helped us immediately by first texting images of options and finally FedExing overnight maybe 15 options - all with yardages IN HOUSE - so no risk of the same problem. We chose a swatch and made the order the next day and the fabric arrived, as promised a day later - beautiful! And, even with the cost of the 2 overnight FedExed packages, the fabric cost less than it would have from all the previous sources that had let us down! And they were simply lovely to work with, followed up to make sure we received the fabric. Truly pros! Thank you Butterfly!
