received an electric blanket that I did not order. Tried calling their number but a recording kept saying they were closed. Tried on line with no success. I have a blanket that I did not order and have no idea who sent it or if I am being charged.

I had an issue with a product ordered and Dealyard resolved the issue within hours. Their customer service is exemplary and there will be no hesitation on my part to order from them again.

Horrible return policy, would never buy from this site again. Return would have cost half the price of the item, that's ridiculous! Amazon should remove them due to their return policy as it does NOT align to an Amazon Prime experience!
