Hi the lady at the front desk , asked for the money first , before polishing my nails that’s not how you do service , you service the client and then ask for the payment I have been coming here for years never been treated like this . Work on your staff

They open late every day and make customers wait in the street in the rain, cold and heat. Prices keep going up and give you nothing extra for it. Jane does a good job for fill-ins but very expensive if you use gel polish. 45.00 plus tip. high prices for a small local salon.

I hate to leave a review because then this place will be too busy!!! The place has been renovated and the service and great prices- still very in effect. This place is great!

Everyone here is so sweet and accommodating. Always go here for my pedicures and lasts for months. They do a great job for a cheap price !

I've been coming here for years, and they've always been clean and professional. I love thats its a mom and pop place, the mom is cute and will sometimes give out free lotion. I feel like the only time they are rude lol is when you don't tip (or tip right). But I always tip sooo.

I haven't been to this place in years and the place I usually go to was closed today so I decided to give them a try. One they're rude. A young lady and a child came in behind me and they assumed we came together. They were asking me if the young lady doesn't speak because they couldn't understand what she was saying. Totally ignorant. Everything went well with my gel manicure. It wasn't until it was time to do my gel pedicure that I realized how outdated and unsanitary this place was. First the tub and privacy screen were dirty. I asked them to clean it and they refused. I was told that whatever was in the tub was from the paint...there was no paint anywhere on that tub and they didn't even use a liner when filling it up. I told them I'm leaving if they're not going to clean it because I'm uncomfortable. They cleaned the one next to me and I sat there. They use their bare hands for everything and only use hand sanitizer. I watched the man put his wet hand in the bowl to get the pod for the water. And THEN there were particles floating in the water !! When he asked if I was ready he literally took that same bare hand, washed it off in the tub I was suppose to put my foot in, wiped his hand on on towel my feet were resting on and then dug right into the scrub. I had to leave. This place is disgusting. I wouldn't be surprised if I caught an infection just from being in the space. Never again!Service: Gel manicure

The warmth of a family is why they get 5 stars. A child who had her first mani pedi here was treated as a grandchild by the owners. So loving. Helen is OUTSTANDING. She's quick and efficient. We are especially grateful for the COVID precautions - treating everyone the same - vaccinated or not, mask up and get temp check. They've put extensive measures to allow for distance and thorough sanitizing.

This place has horrible service overall and even though it is a family run business the parents that are in charge are completely rude and disregard people as customers, especially the mother. They market themselves as a nail salon yet they can’t do acrylics or SNS nails properly and then get combative with you when you ask why they can’t, even if you called ahead of time and made an appointment. They don’t know what they are doing at all. I recommend anybody that needs to get their nails done to go somewhere else even if you are desperate to get your nails done. There are so many other locations in the area that you can go to!! Having a family owned business is great but it’s not OK for you to market yourselves incorrectly and then treat the people that are paying you for your service the wrong way after giving misleading information.

This place is horrible. They are very rude to their customers. They don’t know how to do a lot of styles including SNS Powder and they misinform their customers. GO TO ANOTHER NAIL SALON!

This place, the men that is a owner prohibit me with my mask on, to be talking and spoke very rude to my mother why we were talking, I asked why I can't talked if we have mask on, so he told me Am the owner that is why, so he told the lady, who was doing my nails to stop my service mean while I had my feet's on the water, so the lady Maria, was terrified to loose her job, she asked me please to stop talking, so I was so upsetting about this owner action, I paid my mother service and give her $20 tips for just wet my feet's, but this type of action need to be known by the community, this man is very mad, I know they are old and I give respect but I didn't get the same from him and wife as a custome, the way they expressed that they the owner and customer have to do what they said, other wise He will take me out.
