Was visiting from out of town and had to rush to the ER . I had prescription sent to the nearest CVS. Once I got there the pharmacist said he couldn’t give me the medication for my young son because the dosage incorrect. The pharmacist was really calm and made me a bit calm too, enough the call the ER to have someone verify that indeed the dosage was incorrect. They sent over new prescription and I thanked the pharmacist for catching that error!

AlthoughIt is a smaller cvs it has the customer relations of any cvs Nina the pharmacist is both helpful always willing to help if u have a question or need to call a doctor for you as wellAs looking for the best price

They have good service and always answer the phone after a few rings. They can get a bit busy and you coups have to wait around 10 minutes but If you avoid going in during peak hours you'll only have to wait around 5 minutes or less

Rose the pharmacist here was absolutely outstanding. There was a recall on my 13mo olds epi pen; Rose took
my “mommy panic mode” phone call.. she helped me every step of the way for over 20 minutes. She was professional, caring, empathetic & knowledgeable ALL over the phone. I am beyond grateful for her assistance and in a world where everything can sometimes be a “struggle” she made what could have been a nightmare…. ANYTHING BUT.
Thanks again Rose for your help, you’re a gem!!!

I think it is a disgrace that you cannot fill all of your prescriptions at one CVS. They give you the run around and tell you that you have to go to other CVS Locations to fulfill all of your prescription needs. Very unnecessary. If you are a faithful CVS customer than you should have all of your needs met at your local CVS. Not have to run around city to city to fulfill all of your prescription needs. When I asked the store Pharmacy Manager I was given the run around and told to go to another CVS in another city. Yet that CVS Manager told me that I must fill all of my prescriptions in my neighborhood CVS. What am I supposed to do. One refuses and so does the other. Now what. No help from Corporate.
