The staff is always willing to help, whether answering questions, calling a doctor for a customer, or looking for the best price. One pharmacist calmly caught a critical dosage error in a prescription, allowing it to be corrected. Another provided exceptional assistance over a 20-minute phone call during a medication recall, guiding a customer every step of the way and transforming a potential nightmare into a manageable situation. The pharmacy can get a bit busy during peak hours, potentially leading to a wait of around 10 minutes, but avoiding those times typically results in a wait of 5 minutes or less. Although it is a smaller CVS, it maintains strong customer relations. Customers express being beyond grateful for the assistance and describe the pharmacists as absolute gems.
This particular location was very well stocked and the staff were friendly and helpful.
