This Costco AT&T counter is incredibly so disappointing. Their staff are not professional and definitely need more training before they serve customers. I stayed there one and a half hour and didn't get anything done! This experience is just so bad, and i will never go there again or choose Costco's cellphone counter.They told me there is promotion for AT&T New Customers in July. Since my current H20 is under AT&T already, I can not be counted as new customers to get the promotion. So they suggested that I switch to "Visible" to use their free trial, then switch to AT&T.All tedious long forms were filled, he helped me apply Visible free trial and contact H2o to cancel all my current service, which is already time consuming, then he just found out that Visible free trial can't port in my current cell phone number after he chatted to Visible's customer service. SO, I lost my number and had to only use the NEW VISIBLE CELL NUMBER. Are you just kidding me? We stated we want to keep our number in the beginning, if you are not sure that we can keep the old number, why not explain in the beginning? So much time was just wasted in vain. He just acted like he could handle it without any problem.Then another person came and tried to be more professional, but he didn't' really help. He talked to another staff for something else while letting me play around with H2o and Visible Apps on my phone. He just asked useless information when I was calling H2o in that noisy and crowding surrounding at Costco.SO, I had to call H2o to restore my number and old service. Then call VIsible to cancel the trial and return to where I was like nothing happened. It caused me so much trouble and wasted me so much time.I didn't complain at the site, because I can't stay there any more. I can't bear keeping standing there after one and half hour for this worst experience and I had to go to my car to hear clearly what H20 customer service said.If there is somewhere else for me to leave bad comments specifically for AT&& counter at costco, let me know, and I will go there.Also for this Coscto, besides the above negative comments, I don't like the environment either, too crowded both inside and Parking, without the AT&T experience, I would give 2 stars.

Review of Costco in general: 5/5 stars for amazing products and amazing deals. They are truly the place to go for bulk items. Their Kirkland brand is also too tier. You can find anything from food, stationary, cleaning, clothes, etc. you name it, Costco has it. You can even get plants here!! I have a household of 3 adults, and still consistently shop here Review of THIS Cotsco location in Westbury: 1-2/5. Truly an exhausting and daunting experience. From the second this store open, likely until it closes, it's packed. There is rarely parking in the area and I've seen the poor cart gathering employees travel far and wide to retrieve the carts. Also the etiquete of the clientele is often horrendous- people blocking aisles, putting things back in the wrong spot, stopping short, etc. We make the trip here as infrequently as possible. If the Melville Location is close-ish to you, or really any other location, I would 110% recommend making that detour

They've got everything you would hope to find at a Costco, but GOOD LUCK. Good luck finding parking, good luck navigating through the crowd in the store, good luck fighting your way through the checkout line, and good luck holding on to your sanity.

This Costco is very busy. It takes forever to find a parking spot. I stopped by this Costco just to get an 18" pie of pepperoni pizza for $9.95 and a few items in the store. It was crowded in the store, but for some reason, the checkout line was quick. Where did all the people go?

Always packed but centrally located on old country road- with five below, walmart next to it, Target within 5 min drive etc. it has a big free parking lot but always congested. It has tire department. Self service check out available. Customer service at return department is usually good. As I mentioned, it's usually crowded. Usually things are pretty well stocked. Fresh produce and fruit.

*FOOD COURT REVIEW* If I could give this COSTCO a 0 star rating, I would. We waited over 50 minutes for our number to be called for our food. No one called the number, and when we asked the lady at the front, not only did she not bother to check, but she also gave us attitude, telling us everyone waited for 45 minutes. However, when we asked the asian guy for help--about a minute later--our order came out immediately. I will never come here again! WHAT TERRIBLE SERVICE.

My first time here but would never come back again. Customer service is SOOO BAD especially at the food court. I ordered through the kiosk and waited for 40-50 mins for my pizza pie, hot dog, and a vanilla ice cream. After 40 mins, we asked if our order was ready because we saw other people who ordered pizza pies after us got their orders already. They were willing to help to look at other people's receipt and see if their order was ready but when we asked the Hispanic lady, she didn't even look at our receipt. She just said everyone was waiting for 40 mins. She was nice to everyone else but US. We then asked the Asian guy who was bringing the pizza pies out immediately after and our pizza pie was ready. BUT NO ONE EVER CALLED OUR NUMBER.

***BATHROOM REVIEW ONLY*** Nobody doesn't love Costco. They got everything you need and all of the things you didn't even know you needed. The best jeans and the best birthday cakes at the same time. A prodigious array of quality products. Visited the restroom and what a scene. It was like Splish Splash in there, water everywhere. The only toilet paper was in was wet and wadded on the floor. I don't even wanna describe the rest. It was a B level horror movie.

No management or directions for the self checkout lines, so people are yelling at each other about who's next. One line? Two lines? No lines? No assistance from staff, no rope or floor lines. Chaotic and nasty.

I live much closer to the Rego Park Costco, but always make the drive to this Westbury location. I'm a weekend shopper so it is always packed when I go, but the store is well laid out and the checkout line moves fast. Parking is free, but it is sometimes difficult to find a spot on the weekends which is not unexpected. They have a good selection of products and I have never left without getting what I had on my shopping list. My parents love that they carry some Chinese items like Chinese sausage and oyster sauce (much cheaper than our local supermarkets). My only wish is that Costco would have a gas station location in Queens/ Long Island like they have in NJ and other states.

Love Costco, but this location can get pretty crowded and crazy, especially during the weekends. Mind you, it's nowhere close to the chaos at the Brooklyn location, but the frenzy is enough to drive you berserk. Otherwise they have all the deals you need - $5 croissants, rotisserie and bulk items that can last a small family like mine for a month+. Oh and the food court, gotta love $1.50 hot dogs plus a soft drink!

Without a doubt - this location is BUSY. From the parking lot all the way to check out. I've learned - go on off-peak times because weekends and certain week evenings are hectic. Yet - very pleasantly pleased at the cleanliness and organization - rotation of fruit/vegetables, and the cashiers are IMPRESSIVE. I have always had pleasant, efficient and speedy checkouts. Their customer service/return desk - definitely can improve the speed. The cafe/food spot needs to be better maintained. Overall, better stocked, most efficient checkout and most clean Costco in the area.
