Seweeta Sani and Manager Mr Haque at 1150 Old Country Road are the absolute worst in dealing with customers...I've deposited many times at that location bit yesterday I was denied the option to do so simply.because I had left my Driver's license home but I did have the Citibank card and my Job ID. I told them that Seweeta is the only person that I've dealt with that constantly asks for additional ID and that at all other locations, just handing in my Citibank card is usually suffice. But I got a response from Seweeta saying that she's "not that sweet" and Mr Haque came over and told me that I can go to another branch to make the deposit but it will not be at their branch...So I drove 15 minutes to a different branch and they deposited the money with just my bank card....Make it make sense

I just opened a new account yesterday. I was told buy both their call center and someone at the physical store that I could get a temporary card since the permanent one doesn't arrive until 7-10 business days from now, and who has time to wait that long to have access to their money? I drive all of the way to the bank just to get told by the counter that I can't get a temporary card because my permanent card was already in the mail. This is the worst customer service I've ever experienced and I'm seriously thinking about closing my account and taking my business elsewhere. Way to lose a customer.

Even though I was going in with my mother to cancel our joint account, the customer service was excellent, and they answered all of our questions. Special thanks to Kane for helping us out! Really great atmosphere and a pleasant experience. Thank you!

I just went in today to ask what all I need to open a bank account. The lady I dealt with suddenly got disinterested the moment I told her I do not have exactly the documents she was asking and what can be provided as alternative documents. Also, she told me that I would need a minimum amount of money to be deposited in the account. The amount was a little big but I said I will come back tomorrow once I have all the documents. The way she dismissed me by saying if you have the money you can get an account opened was derogatory. I am a potential customer. Unless I didn't state that I don't have that amount, it was bad of her to judge me. It was pathetic customer service.

I'm coming here once in a while, today I had the worst experience of my life. Two ladies at the window have been very rude to me!!! The first one said that she has no time to give me the detailed receipt if it's more than 10 checks the other one supported her colleague showing me the attitude !!! Bulsh..... I'm doing this every 2 weeks and they always did it before!!! I also admit if they would try to be nicer to me I would just let it go, but they attitude was disgusting!!! If I could , I would give them zero stars . Those ladies are capable just to do little things like deposit one check and that's it , there is no enough brain in they head to do something more advanced they way other banks stuff does.
