Citibank is the worst bank I have ever dealt with. Banker funded the account with $40,000 via my other bank app transfer option . They immediately soft lock the funds and Citi kept the funds for the full 7 business days for no legitimate reason. I called on the support today when will my funds be available and they kept saying it was a legal requirement for them to hold my funds for another 45-60 days, before I can have any access to my money. They hang up my phone immediately without my permission every time when I ask them what reason they hold my money and doesn't give me access to my hard-working money. Hold my money for no reason should be totally illegal. I will without a doubt be moving my money to another bank organization.

Terrible service, Mr. Raymond behaved in a very unprofessional manner when I wanted to cancel my checking account and wanted to open a new one for personal reasons and it was better that he canceled everything and did not want to open any new account for me, goodbye Citibank

Female teller made a harassing comment about bank account balances. If you respect your privacy and don’t want to be shamed, choose a different branch.

This Citi branch is somewhat disappointing. I went inside to try and exchange $1200 of small bills into 12 $100 bills, but the teller warned me they had to deposit my money in order to exchange it. They're clearly dead-set on enforcing CTR and SAR over something ridiculously petty when nearby banks only require that I'm a customer and able to authenticate my PIN. So I declined their process and went to Chase in Hicksville instead and guess what, they simply asked to authenticate my debit card PIN. I asked the Citi branch in Syosset and they just needed my debit card PIN too. Why are there 2 different policies when they're both Citibank?

This Citibank Branch is located in a very nice, clean & quiet community. Drive-in banking is available here. I love the scenery. It’s just beautiful.

I've only used the ATMs at this branch and both were less then inconvenient. Their parking lot is big and it seems like your parking at the business next door and must walk a long distance to get there.... The outside ATM is a strange height and no matter which car I use (a van or a Saturn) I have to reach either up or down to get to the buttons and try to read the screen. This branch has become my 'Citi of last resort.'
