“I like the model that TD bank follows. Their branches are big and bright with plenty of windows. Most of the branches these days are full service with tellers, plenty of automation, mortgage and financial services. What I like most about the TD branches are the teams that are in them. The people in these branches are extremely friendly and helpful. This is very refreshing these days a many places are going with more and more automation to eliminate the branch banker. We use TD for my organizations that have accounta held here and I am just so pleased with the time and attention given to me with any questions I have. I use two branches, one in Mineola (my home Village) and one is Westbury on Brush Hollow Rd. Both are centrally located in very convenient spots.I suggest you stop by a TD Bank Branch if you're shopping for a bank. KUDOs to the Teams at TD Bank.”

“I can not thank a couple of employees here enough - mainly the blonde teller with glasses!! She SAVED my account that I had closed earlier in the day…..I had realized it was the wrong account when I got home and I ran back to the bank and they were closing in 5 minutes- they took the time to help me and she helped to reopen it with her expertise and clearly has been there for many years to know how to perform this task!!
