As an interior designer, I’ve had an outstanding experience working with this location. Lorraine, my salesperson, is incredibly thorough, ensuring all measurements are precise for each location. She goes out of her way to provide numerous options tailored to your needs. My most recent client’s house in Amagansett, NY, turned out perfect thanks to Lorraine's help.
The management at this location is also very accommodating and nice. The delivery process was seamless, with the drivers being very considerate and ensuring no damage to the walls or floor.
Overall, a 10/10 experience!

Bassett Is “Top Shelf !”
The showroom is fresh, new and comfortable, our designer/saleswoman Maura is a warm and knowledgeable furniture professional.
The Basset custom selection permits a wide variety of options in both style and fabrics.
Sure, prices are more expensive post Covid, yet Bassett provides value and a high quality product at a real world price.
6-8 weeks for custom delivery, a winner!

Great experience….Bassett sales/designer Lorraine Caleca was a genuine professional to work with. She is very knowledgeable and helpful but not pushy. She made the experience pleasant and gave us 100% of her attention while working with her.

Picking out a bed and rug to go with my room was so much easier with the help of Lorraine C. She made the whole experience so easy. When there was an issue with the computer's the whole team worked together to make it all right. Nice store and nicer people.

. I would recommend taking advantage of a professional designer like Laurie M. at Bassett Furniture. She comes to the house, measures and listens to your ideas without pressure. Buying Furniture that FITS, is comfortable and looks good is not easy! Laurie helped eliminate my fears of making a big mistake. I'd say it was a positive experience.

Super happy with my new sofa and bed frame! Really high quality stuff. I’m looking forward to the dining set arriving as well. Working with Laurie has been so wonderful.
