Probably one of my worst experiences with a car dealership. Spoke with Krystal she informed me that the car I wanted was available. I get there the next day and the car is "sold", but they can show me another vehicle that's $5,000 more expensive. Typical Bait & switch. Horrible service, no greetings on the walk in, the sales rep I spoke to barely wanted to speak. Their loss! I would never recommend anyone to come shop here.

They advertised the car on the CarGurus site as accident-free, but I discovered that it had actually been in several accidents and poorly repaired. The rear bumper had a lot of rust and Bondo, and there was overspray on all the trims because they weren't removed when the car was painted. Additionally, the paint was peeling on the fender and the driver's side quarter panel. I definitely don't recommend it.

If you’re looking for great service, ask for William!
This is my first time working with this dealership and I can honestly say that William is the man with the master plan!!
He made the idea of purchasing my dream car come true. The deal was simple and effortless. I highly recommend working with him because his commitment to customer service was unmatched! He went above and beyond to make me feel like a prized customer.

I just happened to past Auto Gallery Imports while driving, not expecting my car search would come to and end there. My salesman Will was the BEST! He went over and beyond for customer service satisfaction! The sales manager Jaime is also great in addressing any concerns! I would highly recommend!

I have to share my frustration with this dealership… the absolute worst experience I have ever had buying a car! From start to finish I encountered a problem or roadblock. I should have walked away when they did not honor the advertised price from Carfax.. which was the main reason I traveled all the way from NJ to Westbury, LI. For a high end car dealership I was not impressed with there overall business operations.
1. Dealer did not honor advertised price. The main reason I traveled from NJ to Westbury,NY was the advertised price of the car which was attractive.
When I provided a copy of the advertised price, they said it was listed incorrectly and one big discrepancy was their dealership fees which was listed at $1000, he indicated it was around $3100, and they could not offer the car at the advertised price. While disappointed, I left the dealership after several hours of negotiating to grab a bite to eat. Since I did like the car I came back after having a bit to eat and advised them if they give me the car at $48,500 vs the $52,600 they initially offered the car to me for, I would purchase the car. The Sales manager (Jamie Miranda) called one of the owners of the dealership and he agreed to sell at $48,500 at which I was told they were making very little on the car. Which is one of the reasons I had to finance the car, I told them I was planning to pay cash for the car but was not permitted to because, they only could make money if I financed with one of the banks that they have arrangements with, In this case Wells Fargo.
2. When I first inquired about the car, I asked specifically if there were two keys. I told them I would not buy the car if it didnt have two keys fobs, being a former Mercedes owner I know having a duplicate key made will cost around $900. I was told "yes there are two keys fob", however when all the paperwork was completed and the keys were given to me, they could only find one key fob, They said they would look for it because it was labeled in their system as having two keys. They told me to call back the next day and they would look for it. I called back to follow up on the key and was told they could not locate it .. So now I only have one key after being told there were 2 keys
3. After the purchase, I looked at the sales order, and I noticed that they actually charged me 49,000 for the car instead of the $48,500 agreed upon price. I didn't notice while signing the agreement because the dealership was closing and everything was presented to me on an ipad to sign and rushed because they were closing. He did show me the purchase price of $48,500, so I assumed everything was in order. A print out was provided to me when I left. Once I get home, I reviewed the sales agreement and saw that they bumped up the price to $49,000 less the $500 deposit I put down bringing the amount to be financed at $48,500. Which is what they must have shown me quickly via the ipad sales agreement. The amount to be financed should have been $48,000 ($48,500 less $500 down payment) see attached sales order provided to me),
4. The last straw that led to this complaint was no registration and plates , therefore having a car that I can't drive. My temp plates expired May 25th.. it’s July 9th and I stilll don’t have plates or registration aka a car that I purchased and can’t drive! I filed a complaint with NY State motor vehicle division who actually paid them a visit.
