“I was recently at this location and noticed after leaving the store that I was missing my phone. I returned about a half hour later and spoke to Rakiya who works as a cashier. She had previously assisted my friend with her purchase earlier when I thought I left my phone at the check out area. She was very kind and helpful to me. She allowed me to use the store phone to call my husband to see if he could locate my phone on his phone. She also checked lost and found and asked other employees if a phone was found. Another cashier, Carline was also very helpful and kind.
I frequent this Home Depot often because I work nearby. I love this location and always feel like this store has wonderful customer service. Thank you Home Depot for employing such professional and wonderful people.
